With large numbers of people now all-consumed players of the game Pokemon Go, is there a niche within the marketing plans of real estate related companies where an attempt can be made to try and capitalize from the craze?
Perhaps but, first and foremost, if you’re anything like me you might be asking yourself what exactly Pokemon Go is?

So now that you understand the game (or maybe like me you’re still slightly confused), in what way and to what end might Pokemon Go be incorporated by real estate firms?
For those providers who typically appear later in the real estate transaction process, the potential for increased visibility by incorporating Pokemon Go into a marketing, plan may be somewhat limited.
An example of this most definitely would include title insurance!
But that said, by writing an article about the game which drove additional traffic to my website who will hopefully stay and explore after they are done, haven’t I already accomplished a marketing goal?

The fact-of-the-matter, however, is that for companies like Hallmark Abstract Service with a target market comprised primarily of attorney’s, mortgage loan originators, real estate agents, etc, the decision of which title insurance provider to use most likely will not be impacted by Pokemon Go.

For your Pokémon GO-obsessed buyers, showing them listings in neighborhoods with great game attraction could help make the difference in a sale or seeing another listing.
